RISE R-01 / WHITE PLA PROTOTYPE / ENDER-2 PRO WHAT CHANGED One white PLA material for all printed parts, including shell, inset face, base, bezel and top button. No exterior ink, logos or colored accents. The optical glass remains dark, USB-C remains metal/LCP, and the indicator remains an amber hardware light. Visible layers and seams are intentional. Four fast Blender views replace the polished kitchen scene for this version. PRINTER ASSUMPTIONS Stock Ender-2 Pro: 165 x165 x180 mm build volume and0.4 mm nozzle. The existing shell84 x60 x120 mm and plinth86 x62 x8 mm fit individually. Overall assembled model86 x64.75 x132 mm. Fit in the machine is not proof that the enclosure is ready to print. Manufacturer specification: https://store.creality.com/ca/blogs/all/ender-series-3d-printers-parameter-comparison EXPERT PRINTABILITY REVIEW The current upright shell is open underneath but closes over a broad roof. Its cavity is79.2 x55.2 mm; upper shoulders reduce the final ceiling to roughly 60 x55.2 mm. Do not assume that roof will bridge without internal supports. The inset panel/backing/reveal, mounting bosses and base locating rim are separate touching or overlapping meshes. Resolve unions and intentional separations before exporting printable parts. Recommended next mechanical revision: front and rear trays with their broad exterior faces on the bed, cavities upward; separate flat face insert and base. This reduces the need for roof supports. Accept an extra seam; tape the halves for the initial size/handling check if appropriate. The proposed split is NOT implemented in these appearance mockups. Check local ledges/bosses in layer preview; do not call the split support-free before slicing it. STARTING SETTINGS / PROVISIONAL 0.4 mm nozzle;0.20-0.24 mm layers (mockup uses nominal0.24 mm). 0.4 mm line width;4 walls;5 top/bottom layers;15% infill where applicable. 35-40 mm/s. Keep your proven PLA nozzle/bed temperatures, within the filament supplier's range. These are proposed starting settings, not a validated profile. A modeled2.4 mm wall may fill fully with perimeter/gap fill; wall-count and infill settings do not override the CAD wall thickness. FIRST PHYSICAL CHECKS 1. Choose the actual camera and USB-C board; verify their footprints and mount. 2. Print small port, vent and locating-rim samples. Existing rim clearance is nominally0.5 mm per side and has not been tested on this printer. 3. Resolve connected solids, mounting holes, fastener access and printable split. 4. Inspect every sliced layer, supports and accessible support-removal paths. 5. Print the body parts, dry fit, check jar view and USB plug clearance, then wire. No paint, color swaps, tiny printed lettering or cosmetic finishing is needed. ARTIFACT STATUS These are editable Blender concept scenes and lower-cost visual studies, not released STL/G-code. Electronics and battery are illustrative. Runtime, optics, temperature bias, assembly fit and electrical operation remain untested. The retained Rev C drawings are dimensional/electrical references; their colors belong to the earlier finished-product study and their fabrication status has not changed. Review distinguishes machine capacity, appearance mockup and print preparation.
